Lead Control Plane and ESP-Aware Routing
Superkabe becomes the primary lead entry point. Upload CSVs directly, validate every email, classify recipients by ESP, and route to the best-performing mailboxes automatically.
What's in this release
- 1Lead Control Plane — CSV upload with validation, ESP classification, and campaign routing
- 2ESP-Aware Mailbox Scoring — route leads to mailboxes with the lowest bounce rate for the recipient ESP
- 3SendEvent + ReplyEvent tracking — every email sent and replied is recorded per mailbox per ESP
- 4ESP Performance Matrix dashboard — per-mailbox bounce rates broken down by Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo
- 5Validation credits with monthly tier limits and enforcement
- 6Cross-batch duplicate detection — prevents double-processing across uploads
- 7Rejection reason tracking — disposable, no MX, syntax, SMTP fail, catch-all breakdown
- 8Analytics deep-dive — invalid rate by source, rejection reasons chart, 30-day trend
Lead Control Plane
Every lead now enters through Superkabe — whether from a CSV upload, Clay webhook, or API call. Superkabe validates, classifies, and routes before anything reaches your sending platform.
CSV upload with auto-mapping
Drag and drop a CSV file. Superkabe auto-detects column headers (email, first name, last name, company, title, score) and lets you confirm or override the mapping before processing.
Bulk validation pipeline
Every lead runs through the full hybrid validation pipeline: syntax check, MX lookup, disposable detection, catch-all detection, and conditional MillionVerifier API probe. Results are cached for 30 days.
ESP classification
During validation, Superkabe resolves the recipient domain MX records and classifies the ESP: Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or Other. This classification drives the ESP-aware routing downstream.
Post-validation routing
After validation, select leads from the results table and route them to any campaign across Smartlead, Instantly, or EmailBison. Or pre-select a campaign before upload for automatic routing.
Export clean lists
Download validated leads as CSV — export only valid leads (clean list) or full results with status, score, and ESP classification columns.
ESP-Aware Mailbox Scoring
When routing a lead, Superkabe scores each mailbox in the campaign against the recipient ESP using 30-day rolling performance data — not just naive ESP matching.
SendEvent + ReplyEvent capture
Every EMAIL_SENT and EMAIL_REPLIED webhook from Smartlead now creates a tracking event with the recipient ESP classification. This builds the per-mailbox performance dataset over time.
Performance aggregation worker
Every 6 hours, Superkabe aggregates send, bounce, and reply events from the last 30 days, grouped by mailbox and recipient ESP. The result is a performance score per cell in the mailbox-ESP matrix.
Mailbox scoring at route time
When pushing a lead to Smartlead, Superkabe scores candidate mailboxes by their 30-day bounce rate to the recipient ESP. Top 3 mailboxes are pinned via assigned_email_accounts. Smartlead sends from only those mailboxes.
Warming up fallback
When a mailbox-ESP cell has fewer than 30 sends, Superkabe skips ESP scoring and lets the platform pick — preventing routing decisions based on noise.
Validation Analytics
The Email Validation dashboard now shows comprehensive analytics for every upload and across your entire validation history.
Rejection reasons breakdown
See exactly why leads failed: disposable email, no MX records, syntax error, SMTP unreachable, catch-all domain, or low confidence score. Displayed as a percentage bar chart.
Invalid rate by source
Compare lead quality across sources: Clay leads at 2.1% invalid vs CSV uploads at 8.7%. Know which source needs cleanup.
30-day trend chart
Stacked bar chart showing daily valid, risky, and invalid validation counts. Spot quality degradation trends early.
ESP Performance Matrix
Color-coded table showing each mailbox bounce rate per recipient ESP (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, Other). Green under 1%, yellow 1-2%, red above 2%. Cells with insufficient data show warming up.
Validation Credits and Enforcement
Validation credits are now enforced per tier with monthly limits.
Tier-based credit limits
Trial and Starter: 10,000 credits/month. Growth: 50,000. Scale: 100,000. Enterprise: unlimited. One credit equals one email validated.
Monthly enforcement
When credits are exhausted mid-batch, remaining leads are flagged with a credit limit message instead of being validated. Duplicates do not consume credits.
Usage tracking on billing page
The Emails Validated stat card on the billing page shows lifetime validation count. The analytics dashboard shows monthly usage by source.
