Lead Control Plane for Cold Email
Superkabe makes Superkabe the primary entry point for every lead. Instead of uploading CSVs directly into your sending platform where they skip validation entirely, upload through Superkabe. Every email is validated against syntax, MX, disposable, and catch-all checks. Every recipient domain is classified by ESP (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo). Valid leads are routed to campaigns with mailboxes pinned based on 30-day per-ESP performance data. Invalid leads are held with reason codes. Nothing reaches your sender unvalidated.
Why Leads Should Enter Through Superkabe
When leads are uploaded directly into Smartlead or Instantly, Superkabe never sees them. No validation runs. No ESP classification happens. No performance-based mailbox selection occurs. The lead hits whatever mailbox the platform picks at random.
If that lead has a disposable email, it bounces. If the recipient is on Gmail but the assigned mailbox has a 3% bounce rate to Gmail, the send damages the mailbox further. None of this is visible until after the damage is done.
The Lead Control Plane closes this gap. Every lead — whether from Clay, CSV, or eventually HubSpot and Salesforce — enters through one pipeline. Validation, ESP classification, and routing happen before the lead touches any sending platform.
The Upload-to-Route Pipeline
Upload a CSV in the Email Validation dashboard. Superkabe auto-detects your column headers (email, first name, company, title, score) and lets you confirm the mapping. Optionally pre-select a target campaign for automatic routing, or leave it blank to decide after reviewing results.
Every lead runs through the hybrid validation pipeline: syntax validation, MX record lookup, disposable domain detection against 30,000+ known providers, catch-all detection, and conditional MillionVerifier API probe. Results are cached for 30 days.
Simultaneously, each recipient domain is classified by ESP via MX pattern matching. Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or Other. This classification drives the downstream mailbox scoring.
After validation completes, the results table shows every lead with status (valid, risky, invalid, duplicate), confidence score, ESP bucket, and rejection reason. Select valid leads, pick a campaign from any connected platform, and push. Superkabe pins the top 3 mailboxes based on 30-day ESP performance data.
What You See After Every Upload
The validation page shows comprehensive results: 237 uploaded, 205 valid, 12 invalid, 8 risky, 12 duplicates. Gmail leads routed to 3 Gmail-matched mailboxes. Outlook leads routed to 5 Outlook-matched mailboxes.
The analytics panel tracks total validated, pass rate, invalid rate, rejection reasons breakdown (disposable, no MX, syntax, catch-all), invalid rate by source (CSV vs Clay vs API), and a 30-day trend chart.
Every upload is preserved as a batch. Return to any past batch to review results, route unrouted leads, or export clean lists. Upload history shows date, source, file name, counts, and routing status.
